CLINICAL SERVICES

Clinical Services

Exercise physiology assessment and individual exercise prescription for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength and physical conditioning.

01

Injury rehabilitation

Exercise rehabilitation for musculoskeletal problems involving the neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee.

Programs use progressive exercise to work on strength, movement and the activities affected by pain or injury. Loading is adjusted to your symptoms and current ability.

02

Strength and conditioning

Structured training for general fitness, physical conditioning and the demands of work or other activity.

This can include building strength after a period of reduced activity, preparing for occupational requirements and progressing training following injury.

03

DVA and clinical care

TF Allied Health sees DVA patients, other suitable clinical clients and return-to-work cases in a private, low-volume setting.

For veteran-specific service and appointment information, see the DVA page or contact the practice.

INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

Your consultation

A consultation includes discussion of your symptoms, activity history and the physical tasks you want or need to manage, together with assessment of your current ability.

This informs an exercise program with appropriate starting loads and progression. The aim is to make the exercises and their purpose straightforward to understand.

If you are unsure whether the service suits your needs, contact Dan before booking.

Self-directed digital programs are general training resources and do not replace a clinical consultation.
